With a background in research, evaluation and public policy analysis, Michela Vecchia has spent the last 15 years working in the field of vocational education and training and labour market policy. Based in Genoa (Italy), Michela currently works as an Independent Consultant for a range of national and international organisations across the public and private sectors. Prior to this, Michela spent 5 years working in project and programme management supporting the implementation of the European Commission’s Vocational Training (Leonardo da Vinci) and Adult Education (Grundtvig) programmes.
In addition to her mother-tongue Italian, Michela speaks English, French & Spanish.
Fons Mertens is fascinated by people and organisations, how they work, live and interact and how they strive to develop and grow. In fact, lifelong learning, vocational training and personal development are the file rouge in Fon’s professional life. Fons holds a postgraduate in Organisational Development and a Master’s degree in Psychology & Educational Sciences and has over 20 years of experience in training management, coaching, assessment, consulting, e-learning, higher education, adult education, organisational development and quality management.
As a managing director of Phuso (a talent management company), Fons regularly acts as an expert for the European Commission’s education and training programmes and is an IRCA certified lead auditor (ISO 9001:2000).
In addition to his mother-tongue Dutch, Fons speaks English, French and German.
Dugald Craig has over 25 years experience in marketing, delivering and managing publicly and privately funded services in guidance and support, lifelong learning, vocational training, economic development, prison education, language learning and further & international education. Specialises in project management, evaluation, dissemination, and reporting and conflict resolution in projects.
In addition to mother-tongue English, Dugald speaks French.
